Transfer to a heat proof bowl and let cool completely. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a cupcake pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk. Add to the flour mixture, and stir until a smooth batter forms.

To the same bowl add 2 teaspoons of flour and mix. By lightly coating the strawberries in flour some of their moisture is absorbed. This helps keep the strawberries dispersed throughout the batter!
